GOLDSHINE-test weights of 1ton - 50t capacity are of the most modern design based on 20 years manufacturing experience in heavy duty flexible structures. All units are constructed using procedures controlled by ISO 9001:2008. The use of Water Weights for load testing cranes, davits, derricks, winches or any item of lifting equipment is recognized worldwide as the most safe, efficient and cost effective system of load application.Water Weights' bags weigh less than 2% of achievable load allowing for considerable savings in transport, storage and labor costs. A comprehensive range of water bags is available. Combining varying capacities with specially designed beams results in high accuracy especially in large load tests.

High performance structural fabric canopy.

All RF welded seams for strength and integrity.

Webbing harness terminates with single steel lifting ring.

Heavy duty UV stabilised PVC coating.

Handling ladders.

Versatile filling and discharge arrangement.

Can be used singly or in clusters for load test of up to 300t on one hook.

Multiple clusters can be used for testing higher loads.

Water Weights has a physically proven factor for safety in excess of 6:1 and is proof load tested to over 2:1 prior to being put into service.

Issued with Log Book, Certification, Service Record Log and Instructions

Delivered ready for immediate use.
