High-strength nylon marine air bag, mainly made of N66 nylon cord fabric and tread rubber for tire (including 59% of Malaysia No. 3 smoke sheet rubber), is featured by high cord fabric strength, tear force of 33.3kg/one, warp density of 100/10CM, high elasticity, elastic modulus of 2-4Mpa, good flexing resistance, no crack when flexing for 200,000 times, and good acid resistance, alkali resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance and ageing resistance. Therefore, our air bag has large bearing capacity, good air tightness, easy repair, long service life, safety and reliability, warmly welcomed by users after putting on the market. Its mouth is made of 304 stainless steel, so the air bag never rusts. The inflatable rubber fender is an internationally popular updating product of ship fender, and uses compressed air as buffer medium, ensuring softer collision prevention effect when ships lean alongside.
