Bipolar Plate is a key component in the construction of Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) Fuel Cell.
Providing effective gas distribution of air and fuel to the (PEM), membrane transports electricity through the fuel cell stack, allowing the effective removal of heat from the stack caused by reaction inefficiencies.
Our bipolar plates are compression molded from selective composite graphite, which provides a balance between thermal and electrical conductivity, strength, corrosion resistance and weight. Compression moldable plates have the advantage of mass manufacturing at a lesser time for cost effectiveness.
We capable to produce thin plates that have both front and back side engraved with corrugated channels back to back.
