1. The machine is welded by the angle iron and square tubes. The body of the machine is assembled by the cold rolled sheets. 2. The whole equipment adopts electrostatic spray, with the advantage of corrosion resistance and easy-clean properties. 3. The main part of electric control appliance is composed of electrical appliance made by Schneider Electric, with the advantage of high control sensitivity and durability. 4. The electrical motor adopts Siemens's geared motor, the speed controlled by Taiwan's Delta inverter, performance and stability. 5. Transport using the drum full chain of transmission, more stable, and no deviation will not be any damage on the workpiece back of the film. 6. The lamp is made by Germany Osram. material working time is guaranteed for more than 800 hours. The reflector is from American materials, which are specialized reflective materials. 7. The power source adopts Taiwan standard, with four-wire package, having the advantage of low heating, more energy saving, and high woke efficiency. 8. The control circuit is reasonably designed, with leakage protector, motor overload protection, control wiring safety, fan safety, UV lamp ampere meter, lighting hour meter, power light etc. 9. Unique air cooling system is adopted. The temperature is controlled by the digital temperature controller, which will make the utilization of lamp UV higher. The fan is made by Popula. The equipment (except the lamp tube) are entitled to one-year warranty and life-long maintenance. 10. Voltage: 380V, 60Hz. | |

What is the door uv curing machine for door warranty?
Warranty: Warranty is valid for 12 months in the hypothesis of machinery use for an 8-hour
working shift. Warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear or damaged by improper
use, incident or negligence of the Buyer or by reasons external to normal use (i.e. change in the
power net, caused by thunderstorm, etc.) Transport costs and labour are excluded.
