Our layflat hose is made from extruded thermoplastic polyester based polyurethane(TPU) with excellent wear and tear properities. The reinforcement is made from circular woven filament polyester yarn. The "extrusion through-the-weave" production method gives a very strong bonding between cover and lining as well as firmly encapsulating the woven polyester.

TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethanes) is increasingly popular. It is proud of its superior performance and the concept of environmental protection. At present, TPU can become better substitute of PVC, with excellent abrasion resistance, oil resistance, temperature resistance.
Cover and Lining: PU, Ribbed cover or smooth cover
Reinforcement Jacket: High-tenacity synthetic jacket
Color: Blue, Green, Black, Red, Orange, etc.
Main Features: water resistance, UV resistance,.oil resistance, wear resistance, mold resistance
This hose can operate in atemperature range from -50C deg to 80C deg(-58F deg to +185F deg)
