2 . Application

This machine is mainly used to plastic ,hot mill and mixing mill of natural and synthetic rubber for rubber product factory .

3. Feature and structure :

1. The rolls are made of chilled alloy cast iron with wear-resistant and hard surface.

2. The bored rolls can be cooled homogeneously.

3. The protective device is provided to protect the main parts from damage due to overload.

4. The reverse current plugging system is provided above the rolls. In case of emergency, the safety rod is pulled down and the rolls will stopped immediately.

5. Roll gap can be adjusted conveniently by turning the handwheel.

6. The bedplate of the machine is integral or separated, so the installation is convenient.

7. The transmission system adopts either hard tooth flank dual axis reducer or NGW hard tooth flank planet reducer, which has compact structure, lose noise an high efficiency.

8. The seal structure with special design can eliminate the leaking phenomenon of lubricating oil.
