Open mixing mill Open mixing mill is the most widely-used equipment for production of rubber products.It'is mainly used for mixing,sheeting,plasticating and heating the rubber etc.
Features:
1 Chilled alloy cast iron roll is abrasion resistant with long service life. smooth surface is highly polished and scratch proof by cutting knife:high hardness and wear-resistant;
2 There are two kinds of Main bearings for option:Bearing or Nylon bush
3 The roller is hollow structure,which is for adjusting the temperature of the rollers by steam or cooling water in term of different request,Circulation of steam and cooling water is provided through the rolls to control the temperature;
4 The machine is also equipped with and emergency device. When an emergent accident happens, just draw the pull rod, and the machine will stop immediately. It is safe and reliable.
