Detailed Product Description YS 18-2S Double arm relay control with far-infrared heater the max. capacity are 6 liters apply to blowing to pet,pc,pp or pe as raw materials to any shape of drinking bottle,mineral water bottles,pesticide bottles,cosmetic bottles.
MACHINES FEATURES:
1.Adopt double arm clamping,with high clamping,Action flexible.
ntroller use relay(or use PLC),maintenance conveniet,low-cost,time can be precisely controlled to 0.01seconds.
3.air system will be designed to move and inflatable divided into two parts to meet
blow,movements of different air pressure requirem ents.
4.Using far infrared heater rotation frequency heating,the track to make heating uniformity,fast and reliable.
5.Different of the heating lamp equipped with independent temperature control device to ensure that the best preform heating effect.
6.Heating lamp under the direction can adjust according different preform.
7.Operate only one person,do not need special training.
8.Installatioon,start simple.
