Details of single core PVC insulated copper wire
1) Conductor: pure copper
2) Rated voltage Uo/U: 300/500V and 450/750V
3) The long-time permissible temperature of cable: BV -105 below 105°C, and the other below 70°C.
4) The max. temperature of conductor during short circuit (not exceed 5 seconds) shall not be higher than 160°C.
5) The ambient laying temperature shall not be lower than 0oC.
6) The bending radius: D≤25mm----------≥4D D>25mm----------≥6D (D: diameter of the cable)
7) Properties:Perfect chemical stability, resistant against acids, alkalis, grease and organic solvents, and flame.
8) Advantages:Light weight, perfect bending properties, installed and maintained easily and conveniently.
9) Insulation sheath material and color: PVC in red, black, blue, and any color as required.
10) Type: Single or twin cables with different colors.
11) Service:Provides OEM according to requests of customer.
