Application:
This aerial cables is suitable for fixed installation in power distribution lines for rated voltage up to and including20 KV and mainly used in city streets,green belts,close to the buildings of the overhead lines. It’s particularly suitable to the dense populated cities, towns and green belts.

Structure:
Conductor:Copper/Aluminum/Aluminum Alloy
Aluminum conductor steel reinforced(ACSR )
Insulation:The cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE)/ Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) / Polyethylene (PE)
Features:
Conductors are concentrically stranded
Chemical and oil resistance: excellent
Abrasion resistance: excellent
The maximum working temperature of conductor:90°C
Maximum short-circuit temperature: 250ºC (max 5s)
Installation condition:
1.Rated voltage: 1KV, 10KV, 20KV and below;
2.The installation temperature should be above -20°C ;
3.Minimum bending radius: 4 x cable diameter(outer diameter below 25mm2)
6 x cable diameter(outer diameter above 25mm2)
Nominal section area:
10 mm2, 16 mm2, 25 mm2, 35 mm2, 50 mm2, 70 mm2, 95 mm2,
120 mm2, 150 mm2, 185 mm2, 240mm2, 300mm2
1).Wrapped in rolls/coils/rings with Plastic film for small diameter cables such as building wires.
2).Treated wooden/steel-wooden drums for big diameter cables.
3).Cables are normally supplied in lengths of 100 meters,500 meters and 1000 meters according to cable size.Other length could be supplied if required.
Packaging:
In rolls, wooden drums, steel drums or steel-wooden drums.

1.Sample will be mailed by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, EMS etc for your selection (Freight Charge normally will be on buyer’s account).
