This is a high efficient heat exchanging equipment, including grade I, II and III. It is made of carbon steel, stainless steel or mixture of the above mentioned materials. It is available for gas-gas, liquid-liquid, and gas-liquid convective heat transfer, in addition to the steam condensing and liquid evaporation heat transfer. Hence, this product is widely used in heat energy transfer and waste heat recycle for the pharmaceutical, chemical, rosin, dye and foodstuff industries.
This product features high heat transfer efficiency, strong dirt cleaning capability, good energy conservation, low price and reliable use.
Structure and performances:
1) This product is made of two rolls, which form two even spiral channels.
The two heat transfer medium can have full adverse current flow, which
can greatly strengthen the heat transfer results. Even for two media with
little temperature difference, it can also achieve ideal heat transfer results
2) The connected pipe on the shell adopts the tangential structure, with
little partial resistance. Since the curvature of the spiral channel is even
and the liquid does not have large turning when flowing in the equipment,
with little total resistance, so that it can raise the designed flow speed
with higher heat transfer capability
3) Spiral channel surface of grade I in-dismountable spiral sheet heat
exchanger adopts welded seal, with relatively high airtight performance.
4) The structural principle of grade II dismountable spiral sheet heat
exchanger is basically as the same of the in-dismountable heat
exchanger; however, one of its channels can be dismantled for cleaning.
It is especially applicable to the heat transfer of liquid with stickiness and
sediment
5) The structural principle of grade III dismountable spiral sheet heat
exchanger is basically same as the in-dismountable heat exchanger;
however, one of its channels can be dismantled for cleaning
6) Spiral sheet heat exchanger has the nominal pressure of PN0.6, 1.0,
1.6 and 2.5MPa (the largest working pressure the single channel can
bear). It is made of carbon steel or stainless steel, and it can be designed
and manufactured according to the actual technical needs of customers
7) If one set of equipment fails to satisfy the use requirements, then several
sets can be combined for use. However, it must conform to the following
regulations: the distance between the equipment and channel for parallel
connection and series connection must be identical. Mixed connection is
needed: one channel for parallel connection and the other for series
connection
