Digital Solar Radiation Recorder (Pyranometer for Global Radiation)

A Pyranometer is an instrument for measuring solar radiation received from a whole hemisphere. It is suitable for measuring global sun plus sky radiation. The Pyranometer Sensor measures global solar radiation (sun plus sky) for a spectral response graph. This instrument is used extensively in meteorological studies, passive solar system analysis, irrigation scheduling, hydrologic studies and many other environmental studies. Sensor: Spectral range 305 - 2800 nm, Sensitivity (nominal) 15 μV/ W.m-2, Temperature range -40 - +80 °C, Range 0 to 2000 W.m-2, Temperature dependence < 0.1%/°C, Calibration traceability WRR. The standard system consists of a weatherproof enclosure which contains the data logger and power supply, and comes complete with a solar panel, tripod stand and sensor. The data shuttle is a pocket-sized device that can be used to download and transport the data to a personal computer. Albedo measurement: Provided as per requirement
