Single layer & multi-layer sheet co-extrusion machine line
adopts different screw structure, mould design and down-stream equipments for different production requirements. Can be applicable for the manufacturing of ABS, PMMA, HIPS, PS sheet,PC, PP, PE The maximum width is 2,500mm, thickness is ranging from 1mm-12mm.
It is widely used for inner case of refrigerator, the case of bathtub, bathroom and household electric appliance and etc.
According to different material , thickness,there are different calander roll stack system avaible. 45 DEGREE style, virtical style, horeizon style or some special design.

4.Adopt 38CRMOALA high qality material with nitrogen treatment for the scerw ,barrrel ,module head and so on, so there parts can be used with wear and corrosive resisance .

For die head ,adopt advanced electric or hyduaulic exchanging device for filtering net, so the operation was simplified
