PE PVC cable wire corrugated pipe machine:
The single wall and double wall corrugated pipe production line is featured with compact structure, easy operation and maintenance. We can add steel wire inside the pipe when extruding, to make it easy when you use the corrugated pipe to protect electric wire or cable. You can used the steel wire to draw the cable in the corrugated pipe, no need to cut the pipe open. So it can protect the cable better.
The mould blocks are driven by chain. The whole production line is including:
1. Single screw extruder, model of extruder depends on the pipe diameter and output capacity request.
2. Die head.
3. Forming machine. The corrugated pipe is formed by two groups of calibration mould block. The pipe is cooling by fan.
4. Winder. Two or One position winder.

Pipe produced by this PA/PE/PP/PVC single wall corrugated pipe extrusion line is featured with high temperature resistance, anti-erosion, anti-abrasion and high strength. The pipe can be used as wire conduit of electrical appliance and automobile, oil pipe in automobile braking system, protection pipe, lamps and for high temperature gas/chemical liquid transferring.
For material PA, temperature range -40centidegree - 115centidegree, no halide: the pipe’s anti-oil, anti-acid. Inflammation grade is HB (UL94). Black pipe is ultraviolet resistant.
For material PP, temperature range -20C - 110C, the pipe’s anti-oil anti-acid, anti-base. Black pipe is ultraviolet resistant.
For material PE, temperature range -40C - 80C, the pipe’s anti-oil anti-acid, anti-base. Black pipe is ultraviolet resistant.
