I.kraft paper machine ,Brief introduction :
This machine can use waste cardboard ,old carton ,waste paper as material to make medium fluting paper ,kraft paper ,test liner paper ,corrugated paper ,finished product is paper roll , capacity is 5-300 ton/day ;
General introduction :
1.we made this design According to your basic technical requirement ,this machine also usenew technology ,some new technology combined advantage of world top advanced technology ,these design and technology can ensure machine with stable working performance and also power-saving and economic production cost ;
2.Paper making machine use open head box ,forming part use design of single wire , press part use vacuum suction and pipetting to guide paper , K-shape press and 1 set φ1100mm big roller single felt press , press part use pneumatic loading system , dryer part use square box frame and sealed gear box , this paper making machine use open exhaust hood and full digital control system , frequency converter ,section drive system ;
3.paper making process (please refer to general drawing of 3600mm kraft paper machine )
Open head box (1set )---single wire ---1set vacuum suction and pipetting ----K-shape press----1set single felt big roller press----22 set φ1800mm dryer (layout style :6+8+sizing press machine +8, include 4 sets chrome coating dryer )----calendar ----pre reserve position-----horizontal winding machine ;
