PVC fiber reinforced pipe is also called PVC mesh tube, commonly known as plastic snakeskin pipe, suitable for a pressure or corrosive gas, liquid transport, widely used in machinery, coal, petroleum, chemical industry, agricultural irrigation, construction, Civil (solar water heater, gas cylinders) and other fields. This hose production line consists of extruder, water flume, belt haul-off unit, thread braided machine and hose coiler,etc.The extruder screw and barrel are nitrided alloy steel,Jacked water cooling system is on feed zone and all zones of barrel are cooling by air blower.Heaters are also mounted on the barrel.
