Qingdao PE Casting Film Making Machine /Plastic Cast Film Production Line
Breathable film is extruded from the extruder T-dies, and in which polyethylene resin is compounded with CaCo3.
Due to its fine surface pores, it is permeable to air but not to liquid (sort of water).
The Breathable film is very useful as it allows transmission of gases but it remains water proof. Major uses include the back sheet of diapers and sanitary napkins, disposable work cloth, and house-wrapping for wooden houses, etc.
1. Application of the breathable film
1) As it allows air ventilation, the film prevents festering. It is widely used as a back sheet for waterproof pads,
such as disposable baby diapers and adult diapers and sanitary napkins for women.
2) With it superior waterproof and ventilation functions, it is used as a material for disposable hygienic products.
3) Recently, utilizing non-woven fabric, it is applied to products to improve cloth-like House Wrap-Film, Medical
Disposable Garment, etc.
For its deep embossing or printing or laminating with non-woven cloth, etc., the breathable film is usually processed on the line
or other sperate line.
