1 Framework
Adopt the square box-type frame structure of Finland Wemade paper machine , the framework is made of steel plate which thickness is 10-14mm , through mechanical limitation control after being welded so that to improve it’s anti-vibration and stability.
2 Scraper knife
Adopt the square box-type compound pneumatic scraper knife .It’s the improvements of T-type structure, it’s increase the scraper knife’s anti-deflection and anti-vibration so that to make sure non-shaking of the scraper knife when driving and keep the crinkle of paper even, fine and smooth.
3 Gas hood
Adopt breathable dryer hood of high speed toilet paper making machine so that to improve paper sheet’s dryness and make sure drying capacity when high speed driving.
4 Cylinder vat
Use the flow box’s technology of Japan Kawanoe for reference,work out three-level dilatancy device and add more branch pipe of putting dispersing agent in so that to keep fiber and dispersing agent more even. At the same time, it’s more easy to operate and wash through the humanization design.
5 Cylinder mould
Adopt Φ1800mm cylinder mould to reduce pulp’s backflow phenomenon when paper form and enhance paper sheet’s eveness, also to reduce paper sheet’s hole and eyelets, raise the driving speed of paper making machine.
6 Reeling
Adopt horizontal reeling machine. It’s own bigger reeling paper diameter so that to operate easily.
