Product Description
UASB is upflow anaerobic sludge bed reactor, the whole reactor can separate two parts: the reaction zone and gap, liquid and solid separate zone. Sewage upward to the bottom of the anaecobic reactor through pump, make use of the bottom water distributiong system, sewage evenly arranged on the whole cross section.While taking advantage of the water outlet pressure and the role of the gas production, let wastewater full contact and transfer with anaecobic sludge, degradation of organic matter in the wastewater. The wastewater upward slowly at the reactor zone,further degradation of organic compounds. Gas, water and sludge rising at the same time, biogas first enter into three-phase separator exhause through pipe, sludge and sewage rising to the sepatator zone through the gap of three-phase separator, sludge precipitate,degradate and reflux to the bottom of three-phase separator at the separator zone, keep the biologicald quantity of internal anaecobic recator, precipitated water discharge the reactor through pipe.
