Introduction:
LB-STJ model Double head Paper Cup Forming Machine is developed and designed according to the concrete conditions of the market of the base of absorbing foreign advanced technology, it's the most advanced automatic paper cup machine.The working efficiency of this machine is double higher than normal paper cup machines. This machine runs a whole procedure of paper-feeding,gluing,oiling,bottom-punching,heating,rolling,rimming,rounding and tripping.
Feature:
1. LB-STJ Double head paper cup forming machine can make two size paper cups at one time. Amount to two JBZ-B paper cup machines. But LB-STJ model can save power cost, one worker's salary and space of workshop.
2. LB-STJ Double head paper cup forming machine is only suitable for single PE coated paper.
3. LB-STJ Double head paper cup forming machine is only used to hot drink. The reason is the inside of paper cup is PE film, waterproof. But the outside is ordinary paper material, non-waterproof. So if there is cold drink in single PE coated paper cup, the temperature outside is higher than inside, then water vapour will be formed of drop of water and adhere to the outside of paper cup. Thus paper cup outside will be wet. Whole paper cup will be destoryed.
