BLOW MOLDING ADVANTAGES:
* Material, blow molded tank are using HDPE material which is strongger than LLDPE for rotational tanks.
* Weight, weight for 1000L rotational molded tanks is 22 kg, but for blow molded, the weight of 1000L can be 18kg which is in less weight but more stronger.
* Output is higher, The output on blow molding machine is 12pcs/h, but on rotational molding it is 2-3 pieces per hour.
* Blow molding is using eletricity, environment is neat and clean.
* Labor saving, blow molding machine is fully automatic.

Training
The Buyer could send their operators to the Seller’s factory for training, including machine operation, maintenance & simple repairs;
Or against the requests of the Buyer, the Seller’s technician will train the Buyer’s operators in the Buyer’s factory in the periods of installing & adjusting;
The training is free of charge;
Installation & Adjustment
The Seller will send an engineer against the requests of the Buyer to install and adjust the machines for one week in the Buyer’s factory.
The Buyer should make a reservation in advance before delivery of the machines;
The Buyer should afford the engineer’s visa application cost, round air tickets, and accommodation.
Guarantee
The guarantee time is one year after the machines normally works in the Buyer’s factory, if only the problem is cause due to quality control or any reason by the Seller. We will supply replaced parts free of charge and our engineers will guide you how to solve the problems.
Any problem caused due to irregular operation or incorrect maintenance by the Buyer won’t be listed in guarantee coverage.
