Tubular/tube centrifugal separator
Summary:
Tube centrifugal separator (also can be named tube centrifuge) is a high speed high
separation factor and high separation accuracy machine. It features small land area,
easy of operation, maintenance and cleaning, low energy consumption and
environmental protection. It is the kind of purely Physical Separate Machine.
It is suitable for separating turbid liquid or emulsion of very narrow difference in
specific gravity or fine granule. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmacy,
biological and food industries, etc.
The structure of this centrifuge is drive part, tray part, machine body, drum part and
liquid inlet bearing block part.
The separation principle: materials are injected into drum part from bottom liquid inlet;
then because of the high-speed rotating of drum, the materials will be separated according to different
specific gravity; the clarified liquid will be discharged from the top outlet of drum,
while the solids stay in the drum and can be cleaned away by professional tool after
its stop. So that to achieve solid-liquid separation, liquid-liquid separation or liquid-liquid-solid separation.
Different types:
(1) "GF"-Separation type (double or triple phase separation)
GF series tube centrifugal separator is mainly used to separate two kinds of immiscible liquids or with
few impurities. Under no emulsification, it can do the liquid-liquid separation or liquid-liquid-solid separation.
For example,
oil water separation, blood separation (to separate the blood corpuscle from plasma in blood ), solvent
separation, etc.
(2) "GQ"-Clarification type (only double phase separation)
GQ series tube centrifugal separator is mainly used to separate various suspension liquids with lower
solid content; especially for suspension solid-liquid separation which is of low concentration, fine granule, very narrow difference in solid-liquid specific gravity.
For example,
extraction of bacteria (colibacillus, lactobacillus or Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, etc), extraction of proteins,
separation of fermentation liquor, separation of nanometer materials, slag removal of drink, purification
of coffee or liquid medicine, etc.

PAY ATTENTION That
Compared with similar products, the rotating speed of our machine is the real highest speed
can be achieved at present. The higher rotating speed, the better separation effect.
PLEASE INDENTIFY THE ROTATING SPEED WHEN YOU CHOOSE MACHINE.
