Main Specifications for microbrewery system :

1) The brewhouse can he heating by electric or steam. You can chose the type heating according to your

    local market.

2) The fermentation tanks and bright beer tanks has dimple jacket,the option for dry hops adding device,

     level indicator,CO2 add device.The testing pressure is 0.5Mpa keep 48 hours,the working pressure

     0.15-0.2 Mpa.

3) The material is food grade sus 304,inner thickness is 3.0 mm,outer thickness is 2.0 mm.The

4) For the fermentation tanks and bright beer tank you can chose top or side pressure manhole.The size:    330*430mm

Mash/Lauter tank

The mash lauter tank inner is 0.4 um polishing.In the tank equipment the Filter board,you can get the   clear wort.The tank has the spare cleaning ball on   the top.When lauter,you can open the Rake motor, and adjust the speed.On the side,there has a Grain Out Door to make the Grain out after lauter.

All tank is TIG argon welding,it is maked by more   then 10 years welding work team.

Heating system

Different country brew master has different brewing technology.So we provide option for heating for the 7 bbl brewery equipment.You can chose electric heaing,steam heating.

For the steam generator,you can chose natural,LPG,Disel,all  is according to your local source.
