Product About The 300l brewery :
304 international standard stainless steel materials (mashed and lauter tanks can be luxury red copper material). You also can choice stainless steel polishes, carbon steel, spray finishing and so on.
The use of modern automatic plasma, laser cutting and welding of pure argon gas shield.PU heat preservation is adopted, and the external coating is made of fully welded stainless steel sheet.
1.Milling system:
Wet crushing system including: Baptist Michael chutes, water tank, grinder, transfer slurry tank, pump Mak.Dry smash the system include: selection machines, vacuum cleaners, elevator, mill, silos and accessories.
2.Saccharification systerm :
Saccharification equipment inner using 304 stainless steel,is one-pot two-slots two-body style, equipment and pipeline layout is of elegant appearance ,convenient and sale operation ,between devices ,the pipeline are using the sanitary fast connection,is easy to disassemble ,assemble ,move , transformate .he major equipment levelness can be adjust ,stable performance Equipment is divided into luxury red copper exterior and stainless stell 8K/drawing exterior ,the way of heating is electric heating and steam heating (need sell-provided boiler)
3.Fermentation system
liner are of international standards of quality 304 stainless steel material,high-pressure polyurethane foam insulation,the jacket in accordance with customer requirements,can be polished stainless steel,matt,carbon,the form of spraying.
