2)Uses high-dynamic proportional and directional valves, which automatically adjust the oil flow and pressure as per specific working requirements, to buffer the hydraulic cylinder when working; uses integrated highpressure and soft oil pipes, with easy installation; |

3) Uses multi-shaft rotating and compulsory feeding, which greatly improves the density and intensity of the blocks, and reduces the feeding time as well; |

4) Integrated structure of vibrating and moulding platforms, which reduces the weight of the machine, and improves the vibrating efficiency; |

Professional term introduce:
1.Table vibration:
Block Machine Energy from the vibration table through the pallet to the mixture, make the mixture density.
2.Pressure vibrating:
Pressure head of mould down to the top surface of concrete, at the same time vibration start. The Block Machine work with pressure and vibrating.
3.Feed vibrating:
The Block Machine operates with small vibrating when the material feeding car at the top of the mould frame, let the concrete easy to fall down to the mould frame.
4.Green block:
Block just forming by the Block Machine, without curing.
5.Demoulding:
Separate the finished block produced by Block Machine from the mould.
