Block making machine
1.Multi-usage. Can produce concrete masonry blocks, bricks, pavers, slabs stones, curbstones, retaining walls, plant able blocks, interlocking types etc. By just changing the various designs of moulds.
2.Molding cycle is 10-15 seconds. The average output of one hour is about 85m2 for pavers or 25m3 for blocks.
3.Imported Japan mitsubishi PLC control system and hydraulic components make that the control and hydraulic systems achieve the trouble-free operation basically. Actualize the man-machine dialog, easy to use, safe and reliable.
4. 360° Multi-Shaft Rotating and Compulsory Feeding:
A. Speedy and rotating feeding, with uniform mixing, to make sure that the density and intensity of the products are guaranteed;
B. This uniform feeding is applicable for different kinds of raw materials and moulds;
5.Use heat treatment on moulds and main parts of the machines:
A. Heavy duty machine structure and wear resistant moulds;
B. The hardness reaches up to HRC 52;
C. Greatly improves the using lifetime of the machine by 50%.
