Description:
1. The long-term permissible operating temperature of the cable conductor shall not be higher than 90°C
2. The max temperature of the conductor of power cable should less then 250 °C when short circuit. (less then 5 second)
3. The pvc insulated power cable is not limited by drop in level when being laid, and the environment temperature shall not be lower than -20 °C
4. Perfect chemical stability, resistant against acids, alkalis, grease and organic solvents, and flame retardance
5. Light weight, perfect bending properties, installed and maintained easily and conveniently
Specification:
1. Conductors: copper or aluminum.
2. Both armored and non-armored type power cables are available.
3. Voltage rating: 0.6/1kV 3.6/6kV 6/10kV 8.7/15kV 26/35kV.
4. PVC or PE sheathed.
5. Number of cable cores: one core (Single core),three cores,
6. Standards: IEC 60502.IEC, BS, DIN, ASTM, CSA, NFC, AS, GOST etc. Or other special characteristics as customers request.
7. Bending radius: A, Common bending radius:
a. ≥20D (1core)
b. ≥15D (3 cores)
D= outer diameter
B, Bending radius for the section which near the junction and connector:
a. ≥15D (1 core)
b. ≥12D (3 cores)
D= outer diameter
8. For the armouring of single-core cables, non-magnetic materials shall be adopted.
9. They can be made into flame retardant and fireproof type.
10. They can be made according to customers' requirements.
