Performance and characteristics
1. The upper roller can move horizontally and lift, the upper roller lift for changing curvature of plate,horizontal moves for symmetry of upper roller and two bottom rollers axes line vertical surface, realize technics requirement of plate end bend and other bend, there is no need of press machine in manufacture. The machine can finish two end of plate pre-bend and shape and straightenat the same time without return.
2. High precision end pre-bending
Setting length of vertical side freely, add press on upper roller for pre-bending, finishing high precision pre-bending.
3. High precision work piece
Upper roller is drum type, bottom rollers balance for cooperating adjustment, continual bend, which is used for sheet and thick plate.
4. Various bend shape
It can roll O,U,R type work piece and stated taper through assistant taper device. O type bend: back bend method; U type bend: front bend method; R bend: Combination bend method.
