Introduction:
This machine adopts frame structure type; machine length can be determined by the user. Frequency stepless speed regulation,big roller,traction roller and veins roller are synchro controlled by the main machine, machine adopts PLC tension auto controlled type, collocated with man-machine interface, has advantages of accurate, sensitive, easy-operation anti-jamming, etc. Coating type can accord to the user's requirement, and there're many types for option, such as steel roller coating, stick coating, comma scraper coating, etc. Cylinder and scraper are moveable, can be three-dimensional adjusted, it can control the ink-scaraper angle and pressure efficiently. Machine adopts independent drying system, the tenperature is autocontrolled,the exhaust device is adjustable, the wind power is strong enough, and it can dry thoroughly. The guide roller in the oven is synchro with the main machine. Viens roller, traction roller and press roller are controlled by the pneumatic electromagnetic valve. Machine has automatic meter-conter. Unwinding and rewinding adopts air shaft, it's convenient to load and unload material.
