Introduction
PEX series jaw crusher is one production which is based on years’experience and technology development. The largest compression resistance of the material that jaw crusher suitable to crush is less than 320MPa.This series are widely used in stone mining, metallurgy, construction, smelting, hydraulic and chemical industries, etc.
Advantages and Features
1, Symmetrical deep crushing chamber is adopted to maximize range of feed size, capacity and crushing ratio. 2, Three-dimensional software is adopted to optimize crusher parameters and parameter proportion, and reduce equipment self-weight, so capacity is increased more than 30%.
3, Bearing seat is designed integrally, so manufacturing difficulty is greatly reduced, and bearing life is increased.
4, There is a thick replaceable plate on the top of moving jaw to prevent moving jaw from being impacted.
5, Wedge is adopted to replace traditional gasket, so the adjustment is much easier and more reliable. Discharge size can be adjusted.
Working Principle
The motor transmits power through belt, driving the active jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when active jaw moves. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down. The materials will be crushed in this process. The moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.
