1. The Features Of Stainless Steel Pipe Making Machine
SJ series uhmw pe pipe mainly apply to extrude PP, PE, PET, PVC, ABS, PS, PA ect material. It adopt special gear box, and has features of low noisy, stable running, high carrying capacity, long service life. Equipped with different mold and auxiliary equipments, it could produce plastic pipe, sheet, board, granules and so on. It has features of simple process, high output, stable extrusion pressure, and low cost.
2. The Components Of Stainless Steel Pipe Making Machine
(1). Automatic feeding machine & drying hopper;
(2). Extruder machine for outer PE layer, extruder for inner silicon layer, extruder for mark line;
(3). Co-extrusion mould, with screen changer;
(4). Vacuum cooling calibration tank;
(5). Color band printer;
(6). Double caterpillars haul off machine;
(7). Winding machine.
3. The Used Of Stainless Steel Pipe Making Machine
The HDPE silicon pipe production line is mainly used for producing cable protection pipe. Silicon core pipe has the features of high hardness, high tenacity, corrosion resistance, low cost and long life.
It is convenient to construct and check circuitry. Cause the silicon core has the lowest friction coefficient, it is very easy to draw the cable inside. It is new cable hose following PVC pipe, double-wall corrugated pipe and multi-pipe. At present, it is widely used for communication project, highway and railway project.
