1. Components of metal forming production system
The roll forming machine includes 3tons manual uncoiler unit, sheet guiding equipment, pre-punching device, roll forming system, cutting equipment, hydraulic station, electric controlling system(PLC) and run out supporting table.

Cutting Tolerance: ≤±2.5mm ( length≤ 5000mm) ;
≤±3mm ( 5000mm < length ≤ 10000mm) ;
Hydraulic uncoiler: Max. Capacity: 3,000kgs;
Type of cutting: Stop to Cutting, Post Cut, no blanking cut.
