50L single/double station blow molding machine
Basic Characteristic:
1. Single station, Single accumulator type Die Head, 80mm screw, 63kw motor, PE / PP/ ABS etc.
2. Max capacity: 50L (single cavity)
3. Power supply: 380VAC, 50Hz (depending on client’s requirement)
Basic working theory:
This kind machine is using PLC control system, operating manual in English, hydraulic operated, adopting two
pull-rod type closing-mould by rack and pinion system. The large setting platen is suitable for various sizes of
moulds. Moreover, adopts accumulator die head, with high quality nitrogen treatment and hardness of surface,
resulting smooth flow and quick parison ejiection.
According to the products, equipped with MOOG 100points standard parison controller, resulting high
precision of parison thickness control.
Our machine adopts famous brand in most component parts, almost from GERMANY, JAPAN, FRANCE, TAIWAN
After-sale service:
1. Instruction for Installation and Debugging
Before delivery, TONVA takes responsible for debugging of machine, in order to make sure the provided machine could be safely and smoothly put into operation.
TONVA also take responsibility to have debugging overseas, and Client abroad please sends invitation forward of time to engineer of TONVA, provides the engineer with round-trip tickets, accommodation, vehicle and $40 per day salary.
2. User Training
Before delivery, TONVA will take responsibility to indoctrinate technical training to the users so that they could understand the machine features and could operate the machine by themselves.
3. Warranty Period
The warranty period for TONVA machine is one years with a life long maintenance. If the user requires special quality guarantee, other stipulated warranty period may be made after mutual agreement.
