Permanent Magnetic Separator With Weak Magnetic Filed
Using new magnetic structure,we developed the CT series of permanent magnet drum separator (the separator), high-performance permanent magnet NdFeB and ferrite magnetic source as the main component of complex magnetic systems, with magnetic field Strong, automatically removing iron, high rate of iron removing, simple operation, small amount of maintenance, use of safe and reliable. The weight reduces 30% compared to ordinary ferrite magnetic separator, with the cylinder surface magnetic field 150-600mT, widely used in various types of iron ore, gold ore sorting and reconcentration of tailings. Besides, for other powder materials (such as quartz sand, etc.) removing the magnetic impurities and magnetic materials purification. To achieve the concentrating and sweeping operation can be more than one single series or in parallel to increase quality or yield. The products are compliance with JB/T7895-2004 standards.
Selection principles

structure and working principles
CT permanent magnetic separator consists of the following main components: permanent magnetic drum, cell, rack, drive device, feed box .etc.
This machine is based on the different magnetic susceptibility between the ore minerals, and do mineral separattion by magnetic force. When the slurry into the sorting area, due to different magnetic susceptibility, under the magnetic force, the magnetic particles are adsorbed on the cylinder surface, with the cylinder rotation to the concentrate port of discharge, then from the magnetic system into the concentrate tank by concentrate rinse water; gangue and weak magnetic minerals can not be attracted by the magnetic force, under the slurry flow force in the tank, they gravity into tailings discharge pipe in the reverse direction of cylinder rotating.
