HD998E Series Stenter Heat Setting Machine
1. Application
This machine is specifically used for cotton, polyester cotton, dacron, chemical fiber, elastic fabric to stenter, set, finish after desizing, mercerizing, coating.
2. Machine process
Open width cloth feeding → TM10 Cloth tensioner → Infrared centering device → Uniform squeezer → One column with ten drying cylinders (coated with teflon) → Deviation corrector cloth expander → Front overfeed → Infrared rack edge detector → Pinning on → Chambers setting → Cold wind cooling → Pinning off → Rear overfeed → Two cooling rollers cool down → Open width pendulum doffing
3. Technique feature and main specification
(1) Machine direction: Left hand or right hand
(2) Machine nominal width: 1800~3600mm
(3) Machine speed: 10~180m/min (depend on chamber qty and fabric type)
(4) Heat source: Natural gas / Conduction oil / Electircity / Steam
(5) Temperature: 60℃~220℃
(6) Cloth guide roller: diameter Φ150mm, cloth guide roller is stainless steel composite roller
(7) Pin plate operation mode: domestic XTY (Xiaotaiyang) roller chain run on oil free lubricated rail, pin plate seat installed by two screws run on roller chain
(8) Width adjusting method and range: Infrared rack edge detector width adjustment in the first section rail, electric width adjustment in the second section rail. Width adjustable range: 800~3600mm
(9) Drying method: Adopt natural gas burner or conduction oil radiator
(10) Transmission mode: Pin plate stretching main transmission use Taiwan LK transmission case to transmit, dragged by one motor. Doffing frame is dragged by one motor. Cabinet inner bearing adopt Janpan NSK brand, other parts use the products from HRB factory.
