HD GD series Garment Dyeing Machine
♦ Application
The dyeing and processing equipment for cashmere clothes, scarf and cashmere like knitting product. And for common wool product and knitwear.
♦ Technical specification and structure feature
1. Liqiud form: turn round up and down, timing change direction.
2. Liquid changing direction period: 0.5~5 minutes. (adjustable)
3. Bath rate: 1:30
4. Steam pressure: 2~4kg/cm²
5. Dyeing liquid temperature rising speed: ≥1℃/min
6. Speed changing way: changing initiative and passive wheel dlameter, changing speed by leather belt.
7. Cotrol way: control temperature rising by computer full-automatic, semi-automatic or manual.
♦ Product Features
1. This machine is suitable for dyeing wool, acrylic, nylon, cotton, artificial silk, cashmere and blended knitted fabric.
2.It operates reliably and securely, no noise, use in dural.
3.Equipped with infinite variable speed mechanism, paddle operating speed can be adjusted according to loading capacity and process demand of different fabric;
4.There is direct and indirect heating pipes on the bottom of tank for heating, warming and cooling, convenient and safe.
5.Accuracy reverse controller, automatic controls paddle reserve operate to make the fabric evenly running and make sure fabric uniform dyed.

Paddle equipped with stepless speed changer;
Indirect, direct heating and direct spray cooling functions;
Skillfully water temperature detector.
