dual-inverter open width Dye Jigger
NGR series HT-HP automatic dye jigger is one of the necessary dyeing equipment for chemical and blended fabric. This machine is mainly composed of tank body, left & right side cover, master drum, dye vat, tension system, front and back support, electric appliance, drive system, outlet frame etc.
This machine adopts domestic high-quality low alloy steel plate, high quality stainless steel plate and high quality electric element, reasonable structure, high performance, safe and reliable operation, fit for different kinds of chemical fabric and ramie cotton fabric to regularly work under high temperature 130℃, it can also take the place of NT-NP jig dyeing machine.
Compared to other domestic jig dyeing machine, this machine has the following advantages: wide adaptability, good seal performance, saving steam, decreasing fog in the workshop, improving operation environment, convenient operation, safety in use.
