♦ Product Uses
This product can conduct preshrinking & drying collation of various circular knitted fabrics and flat breadth knitted fabrics with the help of conveying guipure and high-efficiency centrifugal blower.

♦ Product Features
(1) Three layers & super, wide conveying guipure can convey single-breadth cloth or multi-breadth cloth simultaneously with high efficiency.
(2) Cloth feed holder is equipped with: multi-layer circular knitted fabric tentering width holder, multi-head scroll roller.
(3) Electrical control: PLC control and frequency conversion speed regulation are adopted.
(4) Automatic control can be achieved for each drying chamber (circulating air blower frequency conversion control can be selected and equipped according to customer’s requirements).
(5) Automatically rectify deviation, trouble alarm. It operates stably and reliably
(6) Heat radiator: with high heat efficiency and strong vaporization power.
(7) After pre-shrinking collation, fabrics can obtain favorable residual water shrinkage, thus stabilizes its dimensions, and obtain a perfect hand-touch feeling as well.
