ZHTW-6P Six Nozzles Automatic Liquid Filling Machine (with Rotary Lobe Pump)
Application:
Rotary lobe pumps designed for handle from water-thin to viscid products. Specially for viscid and foamy liquid products in Food, Chemical, Cosmetic, Medical area.
Features:
- Machine construction is made by SUS# 304 and aluminum alloy
- Mitsubishi PLC Control System with digital touch screen
- Volumetric filling system by Rotary Lobe Pump driven by AC motors with inverters.
- Filling Volume Range: 250 - 5000 ml.
- Digital LCD touch screen display and setting.
- No bottle - No filling safety device.
- Diving type filling system prevents spillage during filling process.
- Fast change-over design for different size of bottle.
- Photocell sensors (Germany SICK brand).
Options:
1.Liquid Feeding Pump with a stand.
2.Product feeding turn table (Dia. 650 / 1000mm.)
3. Safety cover for protecting the operator during filling
