Components Of Spraying Tube Machine
1.The extruding device adopts high efficiency screw barrel made by high quality alloy steel with high hardness and high anti-wearing feature.It has character of little noise,long lifetime and working stability.
2.Screw type extruding mold has the character of good plasticization,even extruding,no weld line,good quality on the surface of the tape.
3.There is durable filter changing device on the extruding mold,the filter changing period is prolonged,the working efficiency is increased and the waste decreased.
4.The hold drilling device adopts human-computer interface operation,making the operation visible and easy.The hole distance can be set in the range 100mm-500mm.The hole distance controller by servo motor is exact.
5.Punch on the hole drilling machine is made of special steel and it has long service life.
6.Double-station winder make changing roll is convenient and quick.and equip the meter-counting device,rolling length can be settled by self( ≤200m),after reaching setting length,it will alarming.

Brife Introduction
The micro spraying hose is also called multi-hole tape,spraying tape,micro spraying irrigation tape.We make many small holes on the pressed flat tape mechanically or by laser.The tape with three ,five or more holes for each group is paved on the ground and the water will go up and down under the pressure.The tape with one or two hole is paved under the film is for irrigation.The micro spraying tape is also one of the water saving irrigation products.Due to different size and pressure,the spraying width range can be from 2m to 8m.
Application
It is widely used in lawn,trees,greenhouse,etc.
