brief introduction:
the micro spraying hose is also called spraying tape,many holes tape,micro spraying irrigation tape.we make many small holes on the pressed flat tape mechanically or by laze.the tape with three,five or more holes for each group is paved on the ground and the water will go up and then down like fine rain under the pressure,the micro spraying tape is also one of the water saving irrigation product.due to different size and pressure,the spraying width range can be 2m to 8m.

2.screw and bolt of the extreder adopts special design,and it features excellent plasticationg capacity and stable production.
3.extruder and mold adopt sutomatic temperature control system so that the temperature-controlling is exact and also it can save energy effectively
4.unique vacuum control device,precise vacuum degree control,small micro-spraying tape diameter error.
control device adopts servo motor control, control accuracy is high.position error is small.
6.punch on the hole drilling machine is made of special steel and it has long service life.
7.holedrilling machine adopts advanced servo unit control,human-computer interface operation,punching accuracy is high,water outlet space error is small.high degree of automation.
8.double-station winder make changing roll is convenient and quick,and equip the meter-counting device,rolling length can be settled by self( ≤200m).after reaching setting length,it will be alarming.
