Shenzhen Chengfang Electric Machine Co., Ltd. is a professional permanent magnet dc motor manufacturer, which is established in 2003 with about 500 employees. There are seven series motors with about 30 varities. Each year, Chengfang produces about 15 million sets motors and its turnover reached about 100 million RMB.
1. Full Motor Manufacturing in House
Chengfang has full motor manufacturing processes in house including design of tool fabrication. Its tooling and measuring equipment contain many world's famous brands like Sodick, Hexagon, Mitutoyo, EMA and etc.
2. Highly Automatic Production Line
The Company has several automatic production lines for motor housing and rotors, which could greatly endures its consistency of its performance and appearance. All motors could be traced by serial number, from which dates, workers, and inspectors could be traced.
3. R & D Capability
Chengfang pays much attention to all motors performance tets and reliability tests. Several test rooms has been set up to serve for load test, noise test, life test, vibration test and etc.
4. Packaging and shipping
a. Mass production packaging:
Quantity: the quantity in one carton will be determined by the motor size and shape. It could be varies from 10PCS to 400PCS.
Size: Chengfang standard / european standard / international standard.
Motors will be generally shipped with pallet.
b. Shipping
Motors will be ready in 15-30 days once we get your payment.
We do only support TNT and UPS express for samples.
5. Motor Applications
Motors are widely applied to automotive, electric model, home appliance, power tool, fitness apparatus, office automation and etc.
