Operation instruction
Put Welded tubes into the same type of fixture and clamp them. Mill both ends of the pipe with a dresser. Avoid overexertion on both ends,dress slowly to make sure the welding surface is flat. When doing continuous cutting (only when both ends have been milled flat), remove the dresser by adjusting the tightness of the fixture (if necessary, turn the pipe) to straighten two docking tubes ,then make misplaced rate smaller than the10% of tube thickness.Use Heating plate to heat the pipe. Set the heating plate temperature up to 220 degrees, when the set temperature(SV) is reached, place the heating plate between the two ends of the fixture, heat both ends of the pipe with heater.Stop pressing when both ends have reached certain flaging amount of 1.5-2mm, hold it for 10 seconds in continuous heat-absorbing state. After the absorption time is reached, quickly remove the heating plate, compress the two ends when 3mm flange on two sides appeared, let go of the handle. Cooling to ambient temperature, remove the fixture.
