1. Instroduction
Application: This machine is used for static loading anti caracking tension testing of concrete sleepers (Ⅲ type sleeper,Ushaped sleeper, III type sleeper, fork sleeper, bridge sleeper, wide sleepers, etc.), can quickly and accurately detect static load strength of various sleeper and be able to test the actual carrying capacity of the sleeper.
Structure:Mainly composed by the main unit, moving car, feeding track, lifting mechanism, hydraulic system, electrical control system, etc
Working Principle: Lift the sleeper into the small moving car, push the car into the testing machine, useing the positioning ruler to adjust sleepers place to make the load center coincides with the pressure platen center, according to the setting working procedures, oil cylinder with a given loading speed, constant load or Dwell to complete sleeper testing.
