BAOSHIDA ESP cables are made with strictly chosen and imported insulation and jacket materials, with the Maillefer® extrusion line. Any failure is prevented from the choose of materials to the whole production process.
The main power cable [flat & round] uses combinations of polyimide tape, Poly- propylene, EPDM, lead, and Nitrile to provide the insulation and jacket required based on well conditions. It comes in various standard constructions and has a maximum temperature rating of 260 degC [500 degF]. The armor used to mechanically protect the cable is available in galvanized steel, stainless steel, and Monel® to meet common and special well conditions.
