SA-C1 Sunkist Auto Continious Foam Machine Block Cutter
is used to traverse cutting continuous foam blocks. When proceed with cutting operation, the machine is automatically synchronized with the foaming speed. The cutting unit is driven together with foaming drive while two sets clamper clipping the foam block. The cutting unit equips with oscillating saw blade carried by chain. After cutting finished, the band saw will tough a limit switch and clamper will loose, then cutting unit will driven by a clutch motor to return to its original position for continuous cutting. The band saw is able to cross traversing. The band saw guides within the cutting area by a highly tensioned knife guide. The cutting length can be preset and adjust by digital counter.
