SA-C1G Auto Electric Guillotine Type Continuous Foam Cutter
is used to traverse cutting continuous foam blocks.The machine is automatically synchronized with the foaming speed.

The cutting unit is driven independently from the foaming drive, it can be linked with foaming machine driving motor, either AC or DC motor with variable speed control.
The traversing is driven by a 3HP AC motor, consist of driving belt conveyor and returning to its original position by a clutch motor through rack.
The cutting unit equips with an endless band knife, which guides within the cutting area by a highly tensioned knife guide. The knife is turned by 90 degrees within the cutting area. The band knife traverse over the convex special rubber covered wheels. The block cutting length is preset from the control panel by digital counter.
