Considerable number of the current extensive use of the building structure, H beam welding. From the straight flame cutting steel plate cutting machine, after H beam assembling machine molding flange and web portfolio and a good spot to enter the gantry automatic submerged arc automatic welding machine, and then corrected by the welded flange straightening machine flange deformation generated, then H-beam production of qualified products.
The line's design and processing range of flange width of 300 ~ 800mm, web height of 300 ~ 1 200mm. But the market needed a lot of H-beam flange width and web height were less than 300mm. Play equipment for the full production capacity, create more efficiency, H beam assembling our machine, flange straightening machine for the corresponding transformation, and achieved good results.
