Properties for LQ Slide Gate Plate Systems
This product adopts tabular alumina, carbonaceous material and zirconia-containing material as main raw materials, adds in high performance antioxidants, uses phenolic resin as binder, formed under high-pressure and burned under high temperature. The slide plates have the advantages of high strength, good erosion resistance, thermal shock resistance and good stability etc., mainly used in large and medium-sized ladle.
alumina-zirconia-carbon slide gates for large-sized and middle-sized ladle with high performance of resistance to steel erossion, to thermal shock and to molten steel.
Slide Gate Plate Systems lasts for up to six heats when used in 150T ladle, which are welcomed by customes because of the excellent application results.
Alumina, alumina carbon, magnesia, magnesia carbon, magnesia spinel slide gate also can be produce according customer request.
