After one or two times of casting, lower slide plate and nozzle must be replaced and re-installed. The sealing materials could be gaskets made of fiber or fireclay. To ensure the high cleanliness of molten steel and the uniformity of internal quality of slab.
High Temperature Fired Q80 Ladle sliding gate plate and nozzle
Fine property burnt slide plate adopts tabular corundum, carbonaceous and zirconia as main raw materials, adding in high performance antioxidants, using phenolic resin as binding material, formed under high temperature and burned under high temperature.
High temp. burnt slide plates obtain the advantages of high mechanical strength, oxidation resistance, good erosion resistance, thermal shock resistance and good stability.
Widely used in large and medium size ladle, refining ladle, ladles for casting alloy steel.
